Met Council
Elena Sytcheva serves as Met Council’s Senior Director for Regulatory Compliance and Affordable Housing Development. In her role, Elena is responsible for leading new affordable housing development projects and preservation opportunities in furtherance of Met Council’s mission. She also advises the organization on federal, state, and local regulatory compliance issues.
