Yuval Raphaeli

Yuval Raphaeli is an experienced Information Technology Manager currently at Met Council since April 2024. With a long-standing background as an Information Technology Consultant since February 2001, Yuval has engineered, trained, and maintained networks and applications for over 50 clients across diverse sectors including construction, finance, legal, and e-commerce, while also providing tier 2 data recovery services.
