Benjamin Proquin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Benjamin is currently serving as the Group Head of Process Management at MET Group, where they lead the digital transformation initiatives. Before joining MET Group, Benjamin worked at Cargill as the Problem Management Lead and SAP expert consultant for their CTRM solution. Prior to that, they held various roles at BHP, including Process & Solution Design Lead and Process & Solution Architect for Commodity Trading & Risk Management and Shipping operations. Benjamin also worked at Cargill as the APAC CoE Process Advisor for Commodity Trading & Risk Management. In addition, they have experience working at Accenture, Danone, ExxonMobil, BP, and Total, where they held managerial and analyst roles involving process improvement and project management.
Benjamin Proquin obtained a Master's degree from Centrale Lille from 2000 to 2003. Benjamin also holds a certification as a Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile Inc, which they obtained in August 2019.
