Charles Anderson began their work experience in 1999 as an Associate at Clifford Chance LLP. Charles then moved on to Ashurst in 2003, where they worked as an Associate until 2005. From 2005 to 2007, Charles worked at UBS as a Senior Lawyer in Leveraged Finance, providing legal advisory and structuring advice for leveraged financings. Charles then joined Renaissance Capital, where they held the position of Senior International Counsel from 2007 to 2011. Following this, Charles worked at RUSAL as an International Legal Counsel from 2011 to 2017. Charles then served as a Legal Counsel for Private Equity Africa from 2017 to 2020. Currently, Charles is the Legal Director at MET Group, starting in March 2020.
Charles Anderson received their education from 1990 to 1996 at the University of Melbourne. Charles completed a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.), a Bachelor of Commerce, and a Graduate Diploma of Applied Finance. Charles'sfield of study was focused on Law and Economics.
