Simone M. Turri has a diverse work experience in various industries. In 2007, they started with an internship at Confindustria. Simone M. then worked as a Business Analyst & Research Specialist at Roland Berger from February 2009 to August 2009. After that, they joined Intesa Sanpaolo as a member of the Financial Operations, Derivatives Unit from September 2009 to February 2010. Turri then moved on to ENOI S.p.A., where they held roles as a Business Development Specialist from March 2010 to September 2010, followed by working in International Gas&Power Sales&Origination from September 2010 to December 2014. Simone M. then joined MET Group in January 2015, initially as a Senior Originator until January 2017, and subsequently as the Head Of Structured Trading from January 2017 onwards. Finally, in 2018, they became a Board of Directors Member at MET International AG.
Simone M. Turri completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from SDA Bocconi, starting in 2019 and finishing in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's Degree in Strategy and Finance from Università Bocconi, which they completed from 2004 to 2009. Additionally, Simone participated in an exchange program at Maastricht University in 2008, focusing on Business Administration.
Simone has also obtained additional certifications. In July 2021, they acquired the BMC (Bloomberg Market Concepts) certification from Bloomberg LP. Additionally, they obtained a Trader Exam certification from the European Energy Exchange AG in the same month and year.
