Eynat Rafalin (Krav-Ami) is an accomplished data science leader with extensive experience in high-profile tech companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Data Science at Meta since August 2022, Eynat previously held roles at Facebook, including Data Science Director and Sr. Manager, where leadership was demonstrated over a 40-member team focused on ads ranking and delivery. Prior to Facebook, Eynat spent over a decade at Google, managing analytics teams for Google Maps and contributing to Gmail's anti-spam efforts. Eynat earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science and an MSc from Tufts University, complemented by a BSc in Mathematics and Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
