Gabor Nagy, Ph.D., MCR, is the Head of Global Workplace Research at Meta since May 2021, where responsibilities include leading research on the future of work and advising leadership on workplace design strategies. Prior experience includes serving as the Workplace Research Director at Facebook, where Gabor initiated the Global Workplace Research function, and roles at Haworth and Takenaka Corporation focused on workplace strategy and consulting. Gabor is also a mentor at Stanford University and has contributed to energy management solutions with Keewi Inc. Gabor holds a Ph.D. in Architectural Engineering from Osaka University and has authored over 20 publications, focusing on workplace performance, organizational effectiveness, and innovation.
