Isha K. currently serves as the Design Lead for Meta AI on Horizon OS at Meta, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Isha worked as a Design Manager for Emerging Creative at Netflix from March 2023 to November 2024, and held the position of Design Manager at Uniswap Labs from March 2022 to October 2022. Isha's experience also includes serving as Design Lead at Square, focusing on Market Design Systems, and various design roles at Twitch from December 2017 to July 2021, where contributions were made to the Core UI Design System. Earlier experience includes a Senior UX Engineer position at Salesforce responsible for the Lightning Design System and roles as a UX Designer & Frontend Engineer at Chloe and Isabel.
