Prior to this role, Joelle was Counsel for Media & Technology at Snap Inc., overseeing commercial aspects of Snap Labs and mobile growth initiatives. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Crowell & Moring LLP, focusing on government contracts and technology transactions, and positions at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP, and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, where the emphasis was on public procurement and corporate counseling in the realms of technology and intellectual property. Joelle holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and History / Art History from UCLA.
