Paul Greco is an accomplished engineering executive with extensive experience in hardware engineering and development within the technology sector. Currently serving as VP of AR Hardware Engineering at Meta, Paul previously held the role of Vice President Hardware Engineering at Google, where responsibilities included overseeing research and development in Augmented Reality and Wearables. At Magic Leap, Paul significantly contributed as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President, leading the development of innovative AR products and establishing a comprehensive engineering team. Earlier positions include Vice President of Engineering at Tessera and Director of Engineering at Motorola, both of which involved leading product development initiatives and implementing advanced engineering practices. Paul holds an MBA from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and multiple degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
