Reagan Williams is an experienced leader in business engineering and technical product management, currently serving as the Director of Business Engineering at Meta since August 2022. Prior to this role, Reagan held significant positions at Google as the Head of Customer Solutions Engineering for Google Ads from 2017 to August 2022, and at Facebook from 2014 to 2017, where responsibilities included building cross-functional teams to enhance partnerships with major advertisers. Earlier experience includes being a Group Product Manager at Microsoft (Yammer), contributing to the development and engineering leadership of product integration with Office365, as well as serving as a Principal Management Consultant at OpenText, where efforts focused on improving finance operations for automotive and banking sectors. Reagan began a career as a Senior Software Engineer at QBE FIRST, specializing in business intelligence for housing and insurance analytics. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree from Harvard University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Chapman University.
