Renyi Duan is an experienced director in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Director of Legal Data and Software Development at Meta since January 2021. In this role, Renyi leads diverse technical teams to create innovative analytical solutions tailored for Meta's global legal teams while collaborating closely with legal partners and cross-functional teams. Prior to Meta, Renyi held the position of Director of Data Science & Advanced Analytics at Workday, where a centralized data science pillar was established, and machine learning use cases were delivered to enhance GTM operations. Renyi also directed data science initiatives at VMware, managing a global team and implementing Agile methodologies to improve modeling efficiency and collaboration. Earlier career roles include Marketing Database Manager at Intuit and Regional Database Administrator at Jabil Circuit, alongside experience as a Programmer/Analyst at Micro Software Services. Renyi holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and an MS in Computer Information Systems from the University of Miami Herbert Business School.
