Previously, Sanjay served as Director of Engineering at Ciena, leading multi-site teams in the development of FPGA solutions for Carrier and Metro Ethernet switches, while also collaborating with cross-functional teams and vendors. Sanjay's earlier career at Cisco spanned over 14 years in various senior management roles, overseeing ASIC development for leading networking products, including the Catalyst 4K and ONS15454 transport systems. Sanjay holds a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from UC Santa Barbara.
