Tim Zorio is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in organizational development and HR strategy implementation. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Clover Health since August 2021, Tim previously held the same title at Pivotal Software, Inc. from May 2014 to May 2020, where responsibilities included developing HR strategies for the Big Data Division, IT, and Facilities Teams. Tim began their HR career at NetApp, initially as an HR Representative, where talent development and compliance were key focuses before advancing to an HR Business Partner role serving the Research and Development group. Prior experience includes a Program Manager position at ExecutivEdge of Silicon Valley and an Office Manager role at PrintSource. Tim holds a Master's Degree in Organizational Development from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from San Diego State University.
