Previously, Yulia held multiple roles at WhatsApp from 2020 to 2023, including Senior Product Design Manager and Product Design Manager, playing a pivotal role in the WhatsApp API Business Messaging ecosystem and launching tools that enhanced services for over 2 billion users. Yulia's career began at DDB as a User Experience Designer, followed by significant positions at Dentsu Creative, LinkedIn, and founding Soos.
