Roman Kapiy

Roman Kapiy is a seasoned professional in digital product design and marketing, currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Metacarbon since January 2020, where the focus is on experience design and digital branding. Roman has also been a Board Member of the Design Village Festival, contributing to its vision and organization. Prior experience includes a role as Product Manager at The Gradient, progressing from Product Marketing Lead, and providing consultancy services as a Product Marketing Manager for various digital products and outsourcing companies. Roman began in the industry as an Account Manager at Vataga Agency, being the first employee and contributing to the company's overall strategy, before taking on a role as a Digital Creative at Vitamin ADV. Roman holds a Bachelor's degree in International Communications from Lviv Polytechnic National University and has furthered education at Kyiv-Mohyla Business School.
