Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at MetaCompliance since July 2016, James has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer, Chief Revenue Officer, and Head of Sales within the company. Prior to this, James spent over eight years at Banco Santander, where responsibilities included overseeing branches and customer segments as a Director Branch, as well as managing customer experiences as a Branch Manager. Additional roles at Banco Santander included Business Manager and University Liaison Officer, focusing on partnerships with educational institutions. James holds a 2:1 degree in Financial Services Management from Edinburgh Napier University and continues education at Ellesmere College since 2014.
