Susan st. Martin

Susan St. Martin is a seasoned scientist with extensive experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Scientist II at Metagenomi since December 2024, Susan has previously held multiple roles at Amber Bio, including Bioarchitect I and Associate Scientist, where responsibilities included lab management and bioarchitectural development. Prior experience includes work as an Associate Scientist at Ambys Medicines, contributing to gene therapy projects, and over eight years at Sangamo Therapeutics, where Susan played a pivotal role in IND filings and in vitro screening. Early career experiences include research at the University of California, San Francisco, and the Ernest Gallo Clinic and Research Center. Susan holds a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
