Rick Palmersheim, SPHR has had a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rick began their career as a Human Resource Professional at SUPERVALU in 1986 and remained with the company until 2007. After that, they founded Palmersheim Search & Consulting in 2008, where they served as a Human Resources Consultant until 2011. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Carousel Motor Group as the Vice President of Human Resources. In 2016, they assumed the role of Interim HR VP at CliqStudios, where they stayed until 2017. Currently, they are the HR Manager at Metalcraft Inc. Throughout their career, Rick has demonstrated expertise in human resources and has contributed to various organizations in diverse capacities.
