Elizabeth Baker

Elizabeth Baker has over a decade of experience in quality engineering and process improvement. Currently serving as a Quality Engineer at MetalTek International since January 2011, Elizabeth previously contributed to increasing clinic productivity at the Iowa Health System in 2010. Early career roles include a Feed Manufacturing Intern at Land O'Lakes and a Documentation Specialist at Syngenta Seeds, where Elizabeth excelled in creating and maintaining training documentation. Additional experience encompasses administrative support and project work across various organizations, including Ball and CRST. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and dual degrees in Sociology and Management & Organizations from the University of Iowa.
