Paul Hughes

Paul Hughes is an experienced professional in the logistics and customer success sectors, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at MetaPack Group since April 2017. In this role, Paul oversees the integration of major e-commerce clients with over 450 global carriers using a multi-tenant SaaS platform. Prior to MetaPack, Paul held the position of UK and Ireland Retail Logistics Manager at MADE.COM, where responsibilities included managing all deliveries within the region, after progressively advancing from an operations assistant. Earlier in their career, Paul was the Compliance Manager at MOVE Logistics, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements after starting as a Logistics Analyst. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Management from the University of Canterbury, completed in 2008.
