Zachary Bauer

Zachary Bauer, Ph.D., currently serves as a Manager at MetaPhase Consulting since May 2023 and also works as an Adjunct Professorial Lecturer at the School of Public Affairs, American University, since July 2020. Previously, Zachary held the position of Enterprise Risk Management Manager at AmeriHealth Caritas from November 2022 to May 2023, and worked as an Associate and Consultant at MetaPhase Consulting between August 2020 and November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Management Analyst for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from June 2018 to August 2020, and as a Research Assistant at both American University and The University of Kansas. Zachary holds a Ph.D. in Public Administration from American University, a Master’s degree in Public Administration from The University of Kansas, and completed undergraduate studies in Political Science and Journalism at Iowa State University.
