Chris Turner

Chris Turner currently serves as the AI Comp Tech Lead at Metaphysic.ai, where responsibilities include leading tool and workflow development for an AI-driven VFX pipeline since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a compositor and AI artist at Union Visual Effects, contributing to projects such as "Empire of Light," "The Power," and "Poor Things" from June 2022 to January 2023. Previous positions at Industrial Light & Magic featured work as a digital compositor on notable titles, including "Andor" and "ABBA Voyage," as well as a substantial tenure from June 2016 to March 2020, which included high-profile films like "Avengers: Endgame" and "The Mandalorian." Additional experience encompasses a compositor role at Storm Postproduction and early work as a paint and roto artist on several acclaimed films. Chris started the career as a stereo triage artist at MPC, contributing to various projects.
