Ryan J. S. Baxter

Ryan J. S. Baxter is a Carbon Strategist and PropTech Advisor with extensive experience in the intersection of technology and real estate. Currently serving in various roles including Co-Founder at PropTech Challenge, Strategic Advisor at Stak | Mobility & Energy Hub, and Advisor at Thalo Labs, Ryan also leads community growth initiatives for MetaProp NYC and serves as Founder and Chairman of PASSNYC. Previous experience includes a tenure at NYSERDA where contributions were made towards developing PropTech incentives for energy efficiency in large buildings. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Studies/Affairs from Macaulay Honors College and Hunter College.
