Zak Schwarzman

Zak Schwarzman is a general partner at MetaProp NYC since September 2016, specializing in investments in seed-stage startups within the real estate technology sector. In addition, Zak serves as an adjunct associate professor at Columbia Business School, teaching a graduate seminar on venture capital since January 2023. Zak has been a Kauffman Fellow since June 2018, participating in a prestigious leadership program focused on innovation and capital formation. Previous experience includes serving as principal at Gotham Ventures and chairman of the board at Manna Project International.
