Sharon Vargas has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Sharon served as Vice President of Human Resources at both MetaSense Inc and DXC Technology, where they displayed leadership and expertise. In addition, Sharon worked as a Senior HR Business Partner and Employee Engagement Consultant at Capgemini and as a Human Resources Business Consultant at SEV HR Consulting. Prior to that, they held the role of Managing Director of Talent Acquisition and HR at the Philadelphia Police Department.
Sharon Vargas obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts and Business from the University of the Arts between 1991 and 1995. Sharon also pursued Business Management Coursework at Montgomery County Community College and Temple University.
