Jessica previously served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Client Relations, overseeing quality improvement initiatives, strategic planning, and working with government agencies. Jessica also has experience as the Vice President of Healthcare Transformation, Project Director at WHITEC, and Survivorship Coordinator at the American Cancer Society. Jessica holds a Master's degree in Business Administration in Health Systems Leadership. Additionally, Jessica is currently a member of Vistage Worldwide, Inc., the world's largest executive coaching organization.

MetaStar is an independent nonprofit based in Madison and is one of the eight founding members of Superior Health Quality Alliance.
