Prior to this, Kirstin was a Quality Consultant at WI Dept of Health Services and a Supervisor at Goodwill Industries of SE WI. Kirstin graduated from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1997 with a MS in Health Care Management and from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 1989 with a BS in Psychology.

We work with communities, providers, and insurers to transform care with a vision of optimal health for all. MetaStar is an independent nonprofit based in Madison and is one of the eight founding members of Superior Health Quality Alliance.
