Lesta Searles has extensive experience in the healthcare field, primarily in quality improvement and physical therapy. Since November 2010, Lesta has worked as a Quality Reviewer at MetaStar, Inc., contributing to quality improvement initiatives. Prior to this role, Lesta served as a Quality Improvement Coordinator at Home Health United for nearly two decades, overseeing clinical outcomes and participating in improvement projects. Lesta's background includes various positions at Home Health United, such as Rehabilitation Services Manager and Physical Therapist, where responsibilities included managing rehabilitation services and collaborating on research related to fall risk. Earlier in the career, Lesta held positions at the William S. Middleton Veterans Administration Medical Center and the University of Wisconsin-Madison, focusing on neuro-rehabilitation and research on brain plasticity.
