Ms. Warmbold is a corporate director. She was the Senior Managing Director & Chief Financial Officer of the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board (“CPPIB”) from 2013 until her retirement in 2017. Prior to this and from 2008, Ms. Warmbold was the Senior Vice President & Chief Operations Officer of CPPIB. CPPIB is a professional investment management organization responsible for investing funds on behalf of the Canada Pension Plan. From 1997 to 2008, Ms. Warmbold was the Managing Director & CFO for Northwater Capital Management Inc.

Ms. Warmbold holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Queen’s University, is a Chartered Professional Accountant, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario, and has been granted the ICD.D designation by the Institute of Corporate Directors. Ms. Warmbold also serves as a director of the Bank of Nova Scotia and SNC-Lavalin Group.
