Sherry Donnelly, SHRM-CP, CPP is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background. Sherry is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Method Workers' Comp, where they support the company's rapid growth and expansion initiatives. Sherry provides leadership and guidance to the HR, benefits, and payroll team that supports over 170 employees in 25 states. Prior to this role, Sherry worked as the Director of HR, where they single-handedly executed and managed the exit of ADP's PEO, resulting in significant savings for Method. Sherry also built scalable infrastructure for company-wide platforms and processes and drove talent strategy to meet staffing needs. Before joining Method, Sherry worked as the Vice President of PureService Corporation, where they played a key role in the operational execution and management oversight of U.S. Government contracts. Sherry also worked as a Consultant and Manager at Sherwood Texas, LP, where they provided oversight of operations and consultation for a residential real estate business. At Project Partners - Your partner for good, Sherry worked as a Project Manager, managing a program that connected businesses and schools to prepare students for future opportunities. Throughout their career, Sherry has demonstrated strong leadership and strategic HR expertise, contributing to the success and growth of the organizations they have worked with.
Sherry Donnelly, SHRM-CP, CPP, has a B.B.A in Management and Human Resources from Texas A&M University. Sherry also holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in legal secretarial studies from Brazosport College. In addition to their academic background, Sherry has obtained certifications in Certified Payroll Professional from the American Payroll Association in October 2019 and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM in January 2019.
