Heather Ward

Heather Ward has over 15 years of experience in healthcare technology and patient care, currently serving as a Senior Epic Analyst for HB Claims and PB Claims at Methodist Health System since April 2019. Prior to this role, Heather worked as an Application System Analyst focused on Epic HB Claims at Cook Children's Health Care System from April 2011 to April 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as a Patient Care Technician for Baylor Scott & White Health and Texas Health Resources, with a focus on Women’s Services and Neonatal ICU environments. Heather has educational credentials from Brown Trail School of Preaching and Tarrant County College, where studies were completed between 2004 and 2006.
