Samantha van Dyke

Samantha Van Dyke is an experienced communications professional with a strong background in community relations and journalism. Currently serving as the Community Relations Coordinator at Methodist Health System since February 2025, Samantha previously worked as a Communications Coordinator at Operation Kindness and as a Dallas Metro Reporter at Community Impact Newspaper, where in-depth local government coverage and multimedia storytelling were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes managing editorial staff and overseeing publication processes as Managing Editor for The Arkansas Traveler, along with roles as Associate Editor and News Reporter. Samantha's early career involved writing and reporting for the Razorback Yearbook and Razorback Reporter, where a focus on student loan debt provided foundational experience in investigative journalism. A graduate of the University of Arkansas, Samantha combines journalism expertise with community engagement skills in current roles.
