Tamara Yarrow

Tamara Yarrow serves as the UK Head of Compliance and Security at Methods since May 2018, where leadership of the Delivery Support and Assurance function emphasizes collaboration across divisions to meet client needs and drive strategic growth. Prior to this role, Tamara held the position of Head of Business Operations at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence from September 2016 to January 2018, managing global operations, capacity planning, resource management, and workforce planning. Tamara's career began at Thales, where multiple roles included Project Manager and Ops Business Reporting and Analysis Manager from July 2006 to October 2016, culminating in the achievement of APM Level C accredited Project Manager. Educational credentials include an MSc in International Business from Aston Business School and a BA Hons in Arabic and Middle Eastern Studies from the University of Leeds.
