Felipe Garcia Sepulveda

Felipe Garcia Sepulveda is an HR Analyst at MetLife Chile since January 2024, focusing on the implementation and monitoring of onboarding projects across Latin America. Prior experience includes a role as a Practicante in People Solutions & Services, assisting in the onboarding project implementation at a regional level. Felipe has also served as an Ayudante de Cátedra in Operations at Universidad Diego Portales and has held various tutoring and teaching assistant roles in optimization and operational research at Universidad Autónoma de Chile and Universidad Mayor. In addition, Felipe worked as a Process Engineer at Falabella Retail S.A., where responsibilities included process documentation, project evaluation, and dynamic capacity analysis. Previous experience encompasses sales advising at H&M and mechanical drafting for FIEFRE S.A. Felipe holds an MBA from ENEB and a degree in Civil Industrial Engineering from Universidad Autónoma de Chile.
