Gabriel Herrera Diaz

Gabriel Herrera Diaz serves as Subgerente de Inteligencia Digital and Digital Management & Artificial Intelligence Lead at MetLife Chile since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading a multidisciplinary team to develop innovative solutions for enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency in the digital era. Prior experience includes roles as Digital Analytics Lead at Provida AFP, focusing on promoting the use of digital channels, and as Engineer of Web Analytics at Sodimac Chile, optimizing the company’s website. Gabriel also led projects at FDC Asociados and gained initial experience through an internship at PAPERLESS SOLUTIONS, S.L. Academically, Gabriel is pursuing a Magister en Innovación from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez and holds a Diploma in Transformación Digital and a degree in civil engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.
