Angela Li

Angela Li, FSA, FCIA, CERA, is an accomplished actuarial professional with extensive experience in reinsurance and financial risk management. Currently serving as VP and Head of UK Reinsurance at MetLife since June 2019, Angela oversees business profitability, client relationships, and operations. Prior roles include leadership positions in product innovation and strategy at Munich Reinsurance America, as well as various actuarial roles at Prudential Financial and Munich Re Canada, where responsibilities encompassed embedded value reporting and pricing reinsurance proposals. Angela began their career as an actuarial analyst at Manulife Financial and gained foundational experience at London Life Insurance Company. Angela holds a Bachelor of Mathematics degree in Honours Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo.
