Chihiro Hosoe

Chihiro Hosoe is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and customer experience design across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice President and Customer Experience Design Lead for Asia at MetLife, Chihiro previously held significant roles including Director of the Human Centered Design Center of Excellence at AIA and Senior Vice President of User Experience and Design at DBS Bank, where achievements included leading award-winning digital banking projects. Chihiro also has experience in managing UX teams and implementing innovative solutions at companies such as Yun Mall, frog, and Scient Japan. An education background includes a BFA in Graphic Design from the Rhode Island School of Design and an MBA focused on Strategy and Marketing from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.
