Emily Hacker, CPTD, is a seasoned professional in skills transformation and learning and development with a robust career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Director of Skills Transformation at MetLife since August 2015, Emily has previously held key positions within the company, including Director of Enterprise Learning & Development and Senior Learning & Development Consultant. Prior experience includes significant roles at NYU Langone Medical Center as Senior Manager of Training & Education and Elearning Manager, as well as leadership positions at F.E.G.S Health & Human Services System and Literacy Assistance Center. Emily holds a Master's degree in Education and a Bachelor's degree in Theater & Literature, both from New York University.
