Matthew del Giudice

Matthew Del Giudice currently serves as Vice President and Head of Global Talent Management at MetLife, a position held since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles at PepsiCo, where responsibilities spanned from Senior Director of Global Talent Management & Organization Development to Director of Global Talent Management & Organization Development, focusing on talent management solutions and the development of leadership capabilities. Their earlier work at the Veterans Health Administration involved organization development consulting to enhance leadership coaching programs. Matthew also held a pre-doctoral internship at Widener University and gained extensive psychological experience through a practicum with the American Psychological Association. Academically, Matthew holds a Doctorate in Psychology and an MBA from Widener University, along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and Political Science from Bucknell University.
