Dustin J. Clark

Dustin J. Clark is an experienced professional in program development and urban planning, currently serving as the Manager of Program Development and Grant Pursuits at Metra Commuter Rail, overseeing a $1.9 billion capital program. Prior roles include Project Coordinator at Lightengale Group, where Dustin guided real estate investors through pre-development processes and managed grant opportunities, and Planner for the City of Highland Park, focusing on design reviews and constituent service. Earlier experiences include internships at various organizations, including the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning and the Hamilton County Regional Planning Commission. Dustin holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Financial Management from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, accompanied by a Certificate in Historic Preservation.
