Darrel Burnett has more than 37 years of experience in the civil engineering industry. In his role as Senior Vice President and Director of CEI Services he manages all financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and cost analysis functions for the Metric’s North Florida CEI group, develops and implements the CEI Marketing Plan for the North Florida Construction Services Division, interfaces with FDOT personnel, contractors, local officials, other state agencies, etc., to meet requirements for each project and create/maintain positive working relationships, monitors the successful staffing of projects with manpower and equipment and ensures successful negotiations on CEI contracts and develops/reviews operational policies and guidelines at the corporate level.
