Richard David has extensive experience in debris operations and emergency management, currently serving as the Director of Debris Operations at Metric Engineering since January 2014 and at Metric Consulting since April 2023. In the role as PA Project Specialist for Leon County, Florida, Richard conducted CAT A reconciliation and managed data integrity for nearly 100,000 debris tickets post-Hurricane Hermine. Prior positions included Data Manager, responsible for compiling job site data and generating daily summary reports, and Supervisor, leading training for monitoring teams during flood cleanup and avian flu decontamination efforts.
