David Lucas has a comprehensive work experience spanning several roles and companies. David is currently the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at Metrikus since August 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Santander Bank, N.A., including Chief Operating Officer, Commercial Banking, and Managing Director, Head of Business Management & Front Office Transformation.
Before joining Santander, David worked at RBS as the Chief Operating Officer - Large Scale Remediation Project (Consultant) in 2017, where they played a critical role in building and delivering a robust project governance framework.
David also served as the Commercial Banking Chief of Staff at Capital One from 2014 to 2016, where they developed and managed the Commercial Bank agenda and provided strategic thought and leadership in areas such as communications, project management, and process improvements.
David has an extensive history with RBS Markets and International Banking, holding positions such as COO & Head of Marketing & Communications and Chief Operating Officer, International Banking. In these roles, they led marketing and communications teams, developed business strategies, and provided management support for various business areas.
Throughout their career, David has demonstrated strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a focus on driving growth and transformation within organizations.
David Lucas attended The University of Sheffield from 1988 to 1991 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (hons) degree in Economics.
