Imogen Russell Williams is an accomplished book reviewer and freelance editorial specialist with extensive experience in the literary and theatre fields. Currently serving as a book reviewer for Metro UK since June 2013, Imogen also works as a freelance book doctor and journalist, contributing regularly to The Guardian Online, with a focus on children's literature and interviews with prominent theatre practitioners such as Simon Russell Beale and Rupert Goold. Previous roles include directing for Have Your Cake Theatre Ltd, a fringe theatre company, from May 2009 to May 2011. Imogen holds a BA in Classics and English from the University of Oxford and a Master of Arts in Text and Performance from King's College London and RADA.
