Kim Ellis, AICP, currently serves as the Climate Program Manager at Metro since 2006, bringing extensive experience in transportation planning from previous roles including Principal Transportation Planner and various positions from Assistant to Senior Transportation Planner at Metro from 1996 to 2005. Kim holds a Master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Planning from The University of Virginia School of Architecture (1993-1995) and a Bachelor of Science in Anthropology with a minor in Environmental Studies from James Madison University (1986-1990).
