Rachel Chu is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics, research, and policy consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Planner in Analytics, Waste Prevention, and Environmental Services at Metro since September 2021, Rachel previously held roles at YouGov, where responsibilities included leading research for Fortune 500 clients in the technology and health sectors. As a Senior Consultant/Partner at Pugatch Consilium, Rachel managed a comprehensive B2B study on health and biotech policies across 25 markets. Earlier roles at Stockholm Network and the Department for Innovation, University and Skills contributed to Rachel's expertise in global health, clean energy policy, and intellectual property. Rachel holds an MSc in Political Economy from The London School of Economics and a BA in European Studies from the University of Washington, complemented by study abroad experience in Spanish language and political economy at Universidad Pablo de Olavide.
