Myriam Sayah Tufenkji

Myriam Sayah Tufenkji, CRHA, currently serves as an Instructional Design Specialist at Metro Inc., overseeing training projects and advising stakeholders on program design and implementation. Previously, Myriam held the position of Human Resources and Administration Director at National Bloc from January 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and managing various HR activities. Prior experience also includes serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Université Saint-Joseph de Beyrouth, focusing on recruitment, employee integration, training needs assessment, and annual appraisals. Myriam's early career involved freelance translation work for IFRC. Educational qualifications comprise a Certificate in Workforce Development and Training, a Master's degree in Leadership and Human Resources Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Political and Administrative Sciences, all obtained from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
