Metro Inclusive Health
Hugo Santos is a Medical Case Manager at Metro Wellness and Community Centers and has been working in this role since June 2007. Prior to this, Hugo worked as a Refugee Case Manager at Catholic Charities from February 2003 to June 2007. Hugo holds a Master of Earth Sciences, Engineering from Almaty Technological University. Hugo also has experience as an LTC Case Manager at Centene Corporation since August 2014. In their current role, Hugo provides quality services to those affected by HIV/AIDS, coordinating supportive services and access to funds and services available through different sources including the Ryan White CARE Act.
Metro Inclusive Health
Established in 1993, Metro Inclusive Health is a 501(c)(3) organization that provides quality health and wellness services that are inclusive, relevant, supportive and represent the lifetime continuum of the diverse people in our community. With active Health & Community Center locations throughout the Tampa Bay area, the centers provide premier comprehensive medical and social services. This includes HIV services and medical care, social activities and classes, support groups, counseling, health and wellness programs, psychiatric medication management, and more. We strive to promote a healthy environment for all and foster diversity within the community as a whole, regardless of race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age or economic status.
