Isidro Panuco

Isidro Panuco is an experienced professional in transportation planning and development, currently serving as Deputy Executive Officer for Countywide Planning and Development at Los Angeles Metro since February 2025. Prior to this role, Isidro held various positions at the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, culminating as Senior Director of Countywide Planning and Development, where responsibilities included managing federal and state grant awards for major capital projects and developing a $900 million FTA full funding grant agreement for the north San Fernando light rail project. Isidro also has a background in legislative assistance, advising members of the U.S. House of Representatives on a range of issues including health care and trade, and managed a successful campaign for city clerk. Isidro holds a BA in Political Science and Chicano Studies from the University of California Riverside.
